To make it easier, we offer a full management maintenance contract for your property. This includes everything you need or would like to have. We are very aware of the fact that all our clients are different and therefore it is imperative that we can adapt our service to each of their wishes and needs.

At RM Homes Malaga, your property is in good hands. We make sure your property is well maintained, so you feel comfortable so far from your second home.
You want to rent your vacation home, but you have several questions:
- How do I manage to fix everything from home?
- How should I welcome guests?
- How and when should I deliver the key?
- Who does the final cleaning, the laundry, ...
With our maintenance contract you don't have to worry about this anymore, as we cover all of this from start to finish.

Our maintenance contract includes
• Deliver / collect the key (s)
• Check for signs of theft
• Check the property for any damage (storm)
• Check that everything is properly closed (doors, windows, ...) in case of an alarm that is well activated
• Pest prevention
• Check running water, washing toilet and all taps
• Check gas connection
• Check electricity
• Ventilate the house - prevent moisture (mold)
• Collect your mail and send it to your home address or by email if you would like.
• If necessary, we can put ourselves as the first contact in the emergency center (in case of alarm)

In the event of defects in your property, we will contact you and find a suitable solution.

EXTRA SERVICES
Guest reception

We will give your guests a warm welcome. The following points will be discussed at this reception.
If clients wish, they are picked up by us at the airport (Malaga), our price is considerably lower than a taxi and they do not have to be explaining where they have to take them, so once they land in Spain their holiday begins.
• Show them the property (TV operation, air conditioning, ...)
• Provide practical information and interesting tips about the area (if you wish, a short tour of the urbanization ...)
• Receive the amount of the deposit (if so agreed).
• Hand over the key (s).
• We offer a welcome service.
• All tenants receive our telephone number in case of requesting our help in an emergency.

Departure and home inspection
At the departure of the guests and the inspection of the house, the following points will be addressed:

• Check the property and its contents for defects, return the deposit delivered (if everything is fine).
• Retrieve the key (s),
• Take them to the airport if they wish.
